[Case 02]
More Drops, Less Delay: How We Future-Proofed Group Buy
E-Commerce

Revamped Group Buy for 5× scale and 98% faster updates — no devs needed
Led the UX overhaul and built a self-serve admin portal — validated by 315+ users and ready for weekly product drops.
[Project Overview]
Group Buy is a limited-time e-commerce platform offering exclusive, rotating deals. The earlier version couldn't support multiple drops, self-collection, or quick content updates — frustrating users and overloading the product team.
[Problem Statement]
Users struggled with unclear product info, no order visibility, and limited fulfilment options. Admins were dependent on developers for updates, making it hard to scale or manage drops quickly.
